Contractor Responsibilities:

As a College Consultant with College Contact, you will be responsible for:

Complete a 12+/hour training course upon acceptance to the platform as a refresher to the college admissions process
Helping students brainstorm novel and unique essay ideas for their college applications.
Assisting students with crafting college lists based on their interests, financial constraints, and academic profiles.
Editing and revising college essays.
Attending company-wide meetings and online webinars when needed.
Complying with company standards and expectations.
Having quick responses to company requests.
Keeping up to date with college requirements and market trends.

Contractor Requirements:

All majors and minors are encouraged to apply. We welcome students from all economic, demographic, and academic backgrounds!

We have a high recruitment standard since quality and professionalism are of the utmost importance to our success. Our requirements include:

Current undergraduate at a 2 or 4-year university
2025-2027 graduation year
Cumulative GPA above a 3.2
Excellent writing skills
A creative mind and passion for fostering creativity in others
Fantastic professional soft skills (can work with parents and clients)
Flexible schedule to meet with clients and families when requested (10 hours of open availability per week)
Positive, self-starter attitude and a desire to give back to students
Honesty and trustworthiness
Basic-intermediate understanding of the college admissions process
No criminal record
**Added bonus: we are looking for people who will want to continue beyond two years!
