How we keep students safe

Double Flagging System
Our double flagging system allows students and mentors to make reports to our support team. Our 24/7 support team reviews these flags and communicates with students, parents, & admin to resolve them.
Secure Communication
All communication between students and mentors are recorded and monitored in app. No communications can be transferred off platform. Our system instantly flags any trigger words to our support team.
Mutual Reviews
Students are prompted to leave mentor reviews after each online meeting with their mentor. We review every review carefully and maintain a standard each mentor must meet to stay on platform.
